North Myrtle Beach Rescue Squad operates two ambulances, and a first responder vehicle, serving North Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas.
The Squad has a Water Rescue Team, which operates a 17' rigid-hull inflatable and two jet skis, covering the beach and intracoastal waterway from Little River to the northern area of Myrtle Beach.
For community events, such as parades and road races, the Squad also has a Bike Team, which provides first responder support using two mountain bikes equipped with basic first aide needs.
